Warranty Policy

At Five Studios, we are committed to providing quality products. If a product does not meet our manufacturing standards, we are here to help.
1. Warranty: 30 days (All our products)
All our items (jewelry, clothing, bags, and accessories) are covered by a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Special holiday season note: An additional 30-day grace period (for a total of 60 days) will be granted for orders placed from November 1st to December 15th.

Activation: If your order includes tracking, the warranty period begins on the package's delivery date. If no tracking is available, the warranty begins on the date of purchase.
2. Items Damaged Upon Receipt
If your product arrives damaged or broken upon delivery, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. In this specific situation, you will be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Replacements and Out-of-Stock Products (North America)
Five Studios does not offer warranty repairs; instead, we will send you a replacement product free of charge. All shipping costs to send you the replacement product are entirely at our expense. However, if your item is eligible for a replacement but is temporarily out of stock, a physical product cannot be sent. In this case, we will automatically issue store credit (gift card) equivalent to the exact amount paid during your initial purchase.
4. Specifics for International Orders (Outside North America)
Due to high shipping costs and potential customs fees, we do not ship physical replacement products outside of North America.

Manufacturing defect (30-day warranty): If your item has a defect covered by the warranty, we will automatically issue store credit (promotional code) equivalent to the exact amount paid for the item.

Item damaged upon receipt: As stated in point 2, if your product arrives broken upon delivery and you contact us within 72 hours, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method rather than a credit.
5. What is Not Covered
Our warranty aims to protect against manufacturing defects. Therefore, it does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

Normal wear and tear.

Cases where purchase information is missing.
6. How to Make a Claim

A detailed description of the problem and clear photos of the item.
Please wait for our instructions before disposing of the item. If we require the return of the defective item, we will provide you with a prepaid return label; you will not be charged any shipping fees.
