Return and Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order's delivery date. If no delivery tracking is available, the eligibility period begins on the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
- Special holiday season note: An additional 30-day grace period (for a total of 60 days) will be granted for orders placed from November 1st to December 15th.
How to Make a Return or Exchange

General Eligibility Conditions
For your return or exchange to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

Clothing must strictly be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition.

They must still have their original tags intact.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, with a proof of purchase.
Received and inspected products that do not meet these quality standards will be returned to you.
1. North American Orders (Canada and the United States)
Return with refund to original payment method (Credit Card)

A fee of $19.95 will be deducted from your refund.

A return label will be provided to you.

You have the option to make your return directly at our office to avoid shipping fees.
Return with store credit refund

No fees apply.

A return label will be provided to you.

The credit will be issued to you as a promotional code for the value of the returned items at the time of purchase.
Exchanges

First exchange: No processing fees apply. A return label will be provided to send back your item.

Second exchange: If you make a second exchange for the same order, a $19.95 handling fee will apply.

Price adjustment: If there is a price difference with the newly selected item, a billing adjustment will be made. You will receive an invoice on the exchange order if the amount is higher, or a refund on the initial order if the amount is lower.
2. International Orders (Rest of the World)
For all orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States, the return process is the sole responsibility of the customer. All shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with the return are the buyer's responsibility. We do not provide return labels for international orders.

International Exchanges
- Due to logistics times and costs, we do not perform direct international exchanges. If you want a different size or model, please return the original item to us for a refund (or store credit) and place a new order on our site.
⚠️ Customs Requirement The return package must be clearly identified with the phrase "Returned Goods / Marchandise retournée" on your carrier's customs forms. If this statement is omitted and customs fees are charged to us upon receipt in Canada, these fees will be deducted from your refund.
3. Exceptions and Non-Eligible Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Retail partner: All products purchased at Simons must strictly be returned or exchanged at Simons, according to their own policies.

Gift cards.

Products purchased at pop-up shops.

Personalized items.

Clearance or sale items.
4. Important Details

Initial shipping costs: The shipping fees paid during the initial order are non-refundable.

Orders with free shipping: If your initial order qualified for free shipping and returning an item brings the total below the eligibility threshold, standard shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Promotional items: If your order included a free promotional item linked to a minimum purchase amount, and your return drops the total below this amount, the free item must be returned. If you keep it, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

Defective product or error: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at contact@fivestudiosmtl.com within 30 days of receipt. We will cover all costs related to the replacement or refund.

Processing: Please allow up to 14 business days for the inspection of your return and for the credit to appear on your statement once approved.
